Best Quarter Yet
Who I am & What I am offering
You have a goal you've been carrying for two years now. You've started it four times.
At work, you're the one who gets things done. Projects land because you make them land.
But your own big thing? It lives on a list you rewrite every January.
Youre not alone and you don't have a motivation problem. You have a systems problem. Nobody ever handed you an operating system for your own life.
So I built one.
I'm Alexis. I build CEOs.
CEOs of companies, CEOs of careers, CEOs of households. After two decades in this work and nine years running my own firm, I know something most goal-setting content won't tell you: businesses don't hit big targets because someone felt inspired. They hit them because someone picked one goal, measured what mattered, protected the capacity to do the work, and made the right people pay attention.
Those tools aren't reserved for corporations. They're can be yours. Best Quarter Yet is where you learn to run your one big goal the way a good company runs a quarter.
The ProgramFour weeks of building. Four board meetings. One finished quarter.
This whole thing happens live, on Zoom, from wherever you are. No pre-recorded videos collecting dust in a portal.
You show up, I coach, we build.
Between calls, our private Slack channel keeps the momentum going: share a milestone, ask the group a question, or post your scorecard on a Monday morning and let 15 people who get it cheer you on.
The magic of a cohort is simple. You are more likely to finish your goal when other people are watching you try. I’ve learned the secret to finishing things was never willpower. It was witnesses.
What are you building? You'll pick the one goal that matters most, write it big and hairy, and release the goals that were never really yours.
Week 1: Alignment.
What are you measuring?
You'll build your personal KPIs and a weekly scorecard, so progress becomes something you can see instead of something you feel bad about.
Week 2: Accountability.
What are you carrying that isn't yours?
A full capacity audit. Delegation, boundaries, and the invisible work that's been eating your quarter alive.
Week 3: Capacity.
What brings the revenue?
Whether your goal needs a promotion committee, a client pipeline, or your own family's buy-in, this is the week you learn to make the ask.
Week 4: Visibility.
You report your numbers. The group asks real questions. You commit to what's next. This is where every planner you've ever abandoned gets replaced by something that actually holds.
Weeks 5 to 8:
Board meetings.
CLOSE THE QUARTER
Your goal is a 90-day goal. The course is 8 weeks. Do that math and you'll see the most dangerous stretch is the last two weeks, when every resolution you've ever made historically went to die.
Close the Quarter is the optional add-on: two more board meetings and a final annual-report session, landing the same week your goal does. You finish the program and the goal on the same day.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for you if: you're a manager who's ready for the next role and tired of waiting to be noticed. You're an entrepreneur with one big thing that keeps not shipping. You're done starting over.
This is NOT for you if: you're shopping for motivation, you want a video library to watch someday, or you need your goal to take a year. Pick something that can move in 90 days. That constraint is the gift.
THE FOUNDING COHORT
This is the first cohort, and I'm saying that out loud instead of pretending otherwise. You're getting the program at founding pricing because your feedback shapes what it becomes.
Nonprofit and education rate:$697
$797 (full price will be $1,497)
Founding rate:Close the Quarter add-on:$297
8 weekly live calls, your scorecard and planning tools, a cohort capped at 16, and direct access to me for a full quarter.Want your employer to cover it?
They probably will. This is professional development: goal execution, KPIs, capacity planning, and delegation are exactly what your growth plan is supposed to include. Choose "invoice my employer" in the registration form and I'll handle the paperwork. I'll also send you a short email template for making the case to your manager.
How It Works-
Sign up, pay (or send the invoice to your employer), and get instant access to your pre-work: a short exercise that helps you show up to Week 1 with your one big goal already circling. Most people know their goal within ten minutes of starting the pre-work. They've been carrying it a while.
-
We meet as a cohort once a week for 8 weeks, live on Zoom. The first four calls are teaching and workshopping: Alignment, Accountability, Capacity, Visibility. Every call is recorded, so a missed week never becomes a lost week.
-
By Week 2 you'll have a working scorecard: your goal, your KPIs, and a ten minute Monday ritual for checking in with your own numbers. This is the tool you keep forever. It works long after the program ends.
-
Weeks 5 through 8 are board meetings. You bring your numbers, the cohort asks real questions, and you leave with commitments for the week ahead. It's the most supportive room you'll ever be held accountable in.
-
The core program is 8 weeks, but your goal is a 90 day goal. Close the Quarter adds two more board meetings and a final annual-report session, timed to land the same week your goal does. Finish the program and the goal on the same day.

About Alexis
I've spent two decades helping people lead: first as a teacher and school administrator, then as a consultant to companies you'd recognize and nonprofits you'd love. Nine years ago I founded Construct the Present, and I've built it into a seven figure business from the ground up. Twice, actually. The second time I did it on purpose, with the exact systems I'm going to teach you.
I hold an M.Ed. and an MBA from Cornell. I've coached executives, managers, and entrepreneurs through promotions, pivots, and quarters that changed their lives. But my favorite credential is this one: I practice what I teach. Every goal in my business gets a KPI, every quarter gets a plan, and every plan leaves room for a nap.
The firm is named after an Alice Walker idea I believe with my whole chest: the present you're constructing should look like the future you dream of. Best Quarter Yet is 90 days of constructing yours.
